Unlock Your Potential with SEN Sensory Learning
We are a team of highly qualified, highly experienced SEND tutors. We specialise in helping children and young adults with ASC (autism), anxiety, PDA, ADD/ADHD, SEMH, dyslexia, trauma and other Special Education Needs (SEN) & Special Educational Needs or Disabilities (SEND).
We develop a highly personalised learning plan and support children who are at risk of escalation, struggling to attend school or who need more personal support with their learning.
We take a holistic, trauma informed approach and understand that often, a child really needs support with the personal, social and emotional wellbeing before we can begin to support them academically.
Some of our interventions include, developing self awareness and self esteem, developing social communication skills, play therapy, philosophy for children, English and Maths to GCSE including functional skills, phonics, reading for pleasure, Lego therapy and PHSCE.
Our multi-sensory approach to teaching and learning ensures that children with SEN are given the opportunity to fulfil their full potential. By engaging different parts of the brain, children are given more than one way to make connections, to learn new concepts and retain information

Most of our students are either out of formal education or struggling to attend full time and most have an education, health and care plan (EHCP). We refer to their EHCP when thinking about the educational journey that will have the best impact for them. We regularly work with diagnoses of autism spectrum conditions, PDA profiles and ADHD as well as mental and physical health conditions.
